Template pending legal review

This document is a starting point for a placeholder brand. It must be reviewed by counsel and completed with the registered entity name, jurisdiction, supervisory authority and actual sub-processor list before it is published.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of delivering automation engagements. It applies to enquiries submitted through our forms, contact by email or telephone, and any information shared with us during a prospective engagement.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver work you have asked us to do.

  • Contact details you submit: name, work email address, organisation, role, company size and telephone number.
  • The content of your enquiry, including any description of your processes and any savings scenario you choose to carry across from the ROI calculator.
  • Technical data required to serve and secure the site: IP address, browser type and request timestamps. These are used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare for and conduct conversations about a potential engagement, to deliver services you have engaged us for, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell contact data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Client and process data

Information shared with us during an engagement is handled under the terms of the relevant services agreement and any non-disclosure agreement, which take precedence over this policy. Access to client data is least-privilege, time-bounded and restricted to the individuals working on that engagement.

Where an engagement involves regulated data, including protected health information or client matter files, the processing arrangements, environments and retention periods are agreed in writing before any data is transferred.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of processors to operate this website and our business, including cloud hosting and email delivery providers. These providers act on our instructions under contractual terms that require appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for a period sufficient to follow up and then deleted, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Information relating to an engagement is retained in line with the retention schedule in the applicable services agreement and our legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled in a deployment, it is configured to avoid cross-site tracking and to collect only aggregate usage data.

9. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and will revise the review date above. Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your personal information, should be directed to the contact address published in the site footer.
